Terms of Service
1. The service
DocParse provides AI-powered document processing — data extraction and document classification — via the dashboard at app.docparse.in, a REST API, webhooks and integrations. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Your content
You own the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to process the documents you submit. We do not use your documents to train models and we do not sell your data.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use DocParse to process unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to build a directly competing dataset by scraping our output at scale. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, and we'll always try to contact you first.
5. Pages, credits & payments
Processing is metered in pages. New accounts receive a one-time allotment of free pages. Additional pages are purchased as packs or subscriptions, handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. Purchased pages don't expire. Failed processing is not charged. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email us — we'll make it right.
6. Accuracy
AI extraction is highly accurate but not perfect. DocParse includes validation rules and a human-review queue precisely so you can catch and correct edge cases. You are responsible for verifying output before relying on it for consequential decisions.
7. Availability & support
We work hard to keep DocParse fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Support is human — founders answer email, phone and WhatsApp.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can stop using DocParse and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: hello@docparse.in.
